Kyran SZE is the Founder and Chairman of KYSS Properties, a company which specializes in Property Investment of scale HK$5-20billion, Property Development and Project Management. Kyran SZE was the 136th Chairman of The Lok Sin Tong Benevolent Society, Kowloon, which is one of the largest charity organizations in Hong Kong; he is/was a Member of Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal Panel of Chief Justice of Judiciary Hong Kong; Member of The Standing Committee, Council Member, Chairman of the Campus Development Committee of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology; Chairman of the Architects Registration Board of HKSAR; Chairman of the Buildings Department Authorized Persons Registration Committee; Member of Transport Tribunals’ Panel of Transport and Housing Bureau; President of the Hong Kong Institute of Real Estate Administrators; Vice President of The Hong Kong Real Property Federation; Chairman of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce Real Estate & Infrastructure Committee; Founding Member and Vice President of Hong Kong Professionals & Senior Executives Association; Local External Examiner for the BA (ArchStudies) Programme of The University of Hong Kong; Chairman of Fu Hong Society; Member of Community for the Chest Campaign Committee of The Community Chest; Executive Committee Member of the China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong and International Chapter; Chairman of Hong Kong Design Institute – Design Institute Advisory Board SC-A; Member of The Vocational Training Council Committee; Member of Hong Kong Housing Society; Honorary Chairman of the Global Symphony Orchestra; Honorary Chairman of the Hong Kong Children Foundation; Honorary President and Convenor of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao-Bay Area Economic And Trade Association.
